Leadership Program
Apply Communication principles combined with Emotional Intelligence In Leadership
Course Objectives
This five module programme has been designed to help participants develop leadership skills and enable managers and team leaders to benchmark their current leadership style and identify skills they wish to develop.
This course will not only enhance their own personal development, but will also allow delegates to discover many practical tools and techniques to enable different individuals within a team to achieve excellent performance results.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Define leadership styles and theories
- Better understand how to train and develop employees
- Apply Communication principles combined with Emotional Intelligence In Leadership
- Manage Time and Stress In the workplace
- Discover and use tools and skills for leading and managing teams
This course is for Senior employees in a leadership role, Senior Line managers or managers who are being prepared for Senior management roles
Module 1 – 5: 1 full day course per module. Excludes presentation assessment
5 Days (1 Day per module. Each module can be done individually)
- For the complete 5 module programme, the candidates are advised at the beginning of the session that they will need to present a full assignment to their top management and NQtac at the end of the programme.
- They will need to identify an area within their organisation that they could improve on or introduce to benefit the organisation.
- They will be assessed on their assignments and presentations and, if successful, will implement them in the workplace.
An NQtac Certificate will be issued after successful completion of the course. Non-accredited course.
